Please be aware of the following region coding restrictions before making a purchase:

Region B Blu-rays

*Any title marked as (Region B) will not play on standard North American Blu-ray players. A region-free Blu-ray player is required to view these discs.

4K-UHD Discs

*4K-UHD discs are region-free and will play on all 4K-UHD players worldwide.

Included Blu-ray Discs

*Some 4K-UHD releases from other regions may include a standard Blu-ray disc. In most cases, these Blu-rays are not region-free and may require a compatible region-free player.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they have the appropriate hardware to play region-coded discs. We do not accept returns due to region incompatibility.

In-Stock Titles

*All in-stock titles that have "w/Slip" indicated will include a slipcover. However, due to their delicate nature, we do not guarantee the condition of slipcovers.

Out-of-Stock Titles

*Occasionally, out-of-stock titles may still display "w/Slip" due to system delays in updating product listings. This does not guarantee that a slipcover will be included when the title is restocked.

Guarantee & Condition

*Slipcovers are only guaranteed for in-stock items explicitly marked "w/Slip."

We do not guarantee slipcovers for out-of-stock titles.

We do not offer replacements or refunds for slipcover condition issues.

By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept these terms regarding slipcovers. Thank you for your understanding!

Preorders and Backorders

Cancellations, changes and or substitutions can not be made to an order. A new order must be placed as we can no longer add titles to an existing order.

Damaged Items

We strive to ensure all products arrive in excellent condition. However, if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for assistance. Email us at: support@roughcutvideo.ca

Refunds, Replacements & Store Credit

*Replacements or store credit are our preferred and appreciated solutions.

*Refunds will only be issued for items that arrive damaged and cannot be replaced.

Additional Notes

We do not accept returns for reasons other than damage. We are not responsible for minor cosmetic imperfections, as some wear may occur during shipping. Any refund or store credit is issued at our discretion based on the condition of the item and supporting evidence provided.
