Do you ship to the U.S.?
Yes! Shipping to the U.S. is $7.00 CAD per item. If your order is $175.00 CAD then shipping is free. Heavier releases (box sets) will have a $7.99 surcharge added.
When are my items going to ship?
In-stock items will ship within 1-2 days. Preorders will ship when on or close to street date. If your order contains a preorder the entire order will ship on or close to street date. Preoders that are imports can not be guaranteed to be close to street date of the country it is released.
Returns and Cancellations
All sales are final. Exchanges will only be accommodated in the event of an item arriving damaged. Please contact support@roughcutvideo.ca within 72 hrs of receipt to arrange for a replacement to be sent out.
Preorders can be cancelled and you'll be given store credit.
