This quirky cult favorite follows the comic misadventures of Bob (Allan Katz), mysterious inhabitant of the UCLA campus clock tower. Bob’s been handed over to the university’s Psychology department for study. It’s up to Dr. Webster (Tom Skerritt, Alien), speech therapist Diane Girard (Cindy Williams, TV’s Laverne and Shirley) and Bob’s reluctant roommate Alex (Corey Parker, Biloxi Blues) to teach this primitive misfit the ways of the civilized world.
