In the gritty underworld of Los Angeles, crime and justice collide in an intense game of cat and mouse. Jimmy Mercer (Wesley Snipes - Blade) is a tough and determined federal agent on the brink, who is out for revenge after his partner is brutally murdered. The killer is Red Diamond (Dennis Hopper - Easy Rider), a cunning and ruthless con man recently released from prison, trying to pull off one last big score before disappearing forever. As Mercer closes in, the stakes get higher and the lines between right and wrong blur. With tension escalating and time running out, Mercer must navigate a dangerous web of betrayal, deception, and violence.
